<sad to say, in Japan, most kebab shop use not halal beef and chicken,
if you see written Halal.
But we actually use HALAL chicken and Lamb. We use Australia beef and Japanese beef fat for Beef doner kebab, so we
don't write beef are Halal.>
All menu does not use pork and alcohol. Pita bread, wrap pancake also doesn't use any pork and alcohol, only vegetable shortening. We checking ingredient as possible.
